1528, king Henry VIII.'s court in London, England. In a time of quite changeful fate the habits at the court have changed - instead of spanish manners the fun-loving french style of the king's new consort Anne Boleyn took place. But for the members of the high nobility it's still unthinkable to live their life at the fullest - the only person with full freedom is king Henry. If you wanted to escape out of a marriage without love and passion you still had to be very cautious - just a look may reveal deeper emotions between lovers, well-hidden beneath a smile and a joke.
Those two are characters from the roleplaying scenario I imagined with my boyfriend including the fate and forbidden love of an army officer and a duchess.

Oh this looks really great, as always. All the filigree details are amazing and I love her hands :3 He got a strong and handsome face and she's really pretty, too :heart:
A very interesting piece of art and the story of a forbidden love is always intriguing :3
